For clients

How do I find a service provider near me? +

Use the search bar on the home page to type a service type, keyword, or provider name. You can also filter by category or click Near me to see providers in your area on the map. TimeTrove understands common synonyms — searching "massage" will surface registered massage therapists, "RMT," and similar services automatically.

Do I need an account to browse providers? +

No — you can browse the discovery page and view provider profiles without an account. You'll only need to register when you're ready to book an appointment. Registration is free and only takes a moment.

How do I book an appointment? +

Find the provider you'd like to book with, then visit their portal page. From there you can create a client account (or log in if you already have one), view their available time slots, and submit a booking request. You'll receive confirmation once the provider accepts your appointment.

Can I book with multiple providers? +

Yes. Each provider operates their own portal, so you'll have a separate client account with each one. This keeps your booking history and personal information scoped to each provider relationship.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Log in to your client account and visit your Appointments page. From there you can view upcoming bookings and cancel if needed. For rescheduling, cancel the existing appointment and submit a new booking request. Each provider sets their own cancellation policies — check with them directly if you have questions.

Is my personal information shared with other providers? +

No. Your information is only visible to the specific provider you've registered with. TimeTrove does not share client data across providers or use it for advertising.


For service providers

How do I list my business on TimeTrove? +

Get in touch and we'll set up your company portal. Once you're onboarded, you can customise your portal with your logo and brand colours, add your providers, set your availability, and start accepting bookings.

Do I have control over who can book with me? +

Yes. You can require admin approval before new clients are permitted to book. This means you review each client registration before they can access your available slots. You can also accept or decline individual booking requests at any time.

Can I control how much location information is shown publicly? +

Absolutely. Privacy is built into TimeTrove by design. You choose whether to show no location at all, city only, city and province, or your full address. The same applies to individual providers within your company — each can set their own disclosure level. This is especially important for home-based practitioners.

Can I have multiple providers under one company? +

Yes. TimeTrove supports multi-provider companies. Each provider gets their own availability calendar and client-facing profile, all managed under your company's umbrella. Clients book with individual providers, and the company admin has oversight of all appointments.

How does TimeTrove handle statutory holidays? +

You can configure your company's province or territory in settings. TimeTrove uses this to flag statutory holidays on your availability calendar so you don't accidentally open slots on days you may be closed.
